Inner Beauty Yoga provides private and small group lessons designed with your needs and goals in mind. Together we will work to achieve the results that you want in an environment that is relaxing, peaceful and nurturing.

Whether you have a specific goal in mind or want to improve your overall wellness, we will create a practice to help you reach your goals. Each day is different and each session is different. These classes are an opportunity for you to explore and energize your body mind and soul.

Private Yoga

Private Yoga Classes are a wonderful way to experience one on one attention, received lots of hand on enchantments or adjustments, to prepare you for a group class or simply to have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge by asking questions. Each class is designed to your specific needs and goals. If you would like to practice with a friend semi private classes are available.

Corporate Yoga and Pilates

Yoga and Pilates in the work place is a convenient way for employees to exercise, stay healthy and release stress while eliminating travel time to and from an outside location. Corporate Yoga and Pilates classes are designed to increase employee productivity, physical health, mental concentration and help provide an overall sense of well being for optimal workforce performance. No yoga or Pilates experience necessary to participate.

Pre/Post Natal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to get in touch and to establish a connection between you and your baby before the birth. Our classes are specifically designed to help prepare the body and the mind for labor, birth and motherhood. Postnatal Yoga classes will help ease common postpartum discomforts using a therapeutic approach with yoga poses and breathing techniques. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Private Pilates

Private Pilates classes are great for anyone with or without any Pilates experience and for those trying to stay active while recovering from an injury (with Dr’s permission of course). With each class you will receive the guidance necessary to teach you how to stabilize and strengthen your core while breathing properly during the exercises. During each private class we will use controlled movements in the form of mat exercises and/or equipment to tone and strengthen the body. Pilates can be also used as a form of rehabilitation while recovering from an injury that inhibits you from any other type of physical exercise. We will work together to help you achieve stronger abs and back, tone your muscles, increase flexibility, and improve your overall physical and mental well being.
