Private Lessons

Private lessons are one on one classes designed with your needs and goals in mind. We work together to achieve the results that you want in an environment that is relaxing, peaceful and nurturing.

Whether you have a specific goal in mind or you are looking for a better road to overall wellness, tell me where you want to go and I will create the practice to take you there. It may be a gentle and relaxing session or moderate and  invigorating one. Each day is different and each session is different. Each class is an opportunity for you to play, to flirt with your limitations, to come to stillness and to energise your body, mind and soul. 

Many people have special needs that cannot be taken into consideration in a large group setting. With Private lessons I can help you release stress, increase your flexibility, build strength and even lose weight. Each lesson is designed to fit my client's specific needs and schedule. I have clients with knee problems, back aches and injuries that love the one on one attention that they get in their private and semi private lessons. They get my full attention so we can concentrate in their progress.

What should I expect in a private lesson?

Each individual lesson is tailored to your energy level, body type, flexibility, strength and any injuries that you may have. We will begin with gentle stretches and toning exercises that serve as a foundation for you to progress at your own pace.
